Double-sided adhesive, what are they and how are they made?

The term decal is an abbreviated version of the word decalcomania. a sticker was a decorative technique in which images of artists prints and engravings, could be transferred to pottery to decorate stoneware.Â

The invention of the artist taking the minutes of the fabric and printing these images on a medium to decorate rooms ceramics has been attributed to Simon Ravenet. Francois Simon of France has been and is a writer who emigrated to England and after arriving in England in 1750 he developed the transfer process.
