Binge Eating! HELP?

Every night for the past month, I was bingeing pounds of nuts at least 10 Crunch / KitKats / Hershey / kisses to everyone, Ferrero Rocher chocolates, at least 5 bags of chips … and all this on top of a normal meal, with protein and green. I am so determined to recover my life together starting tomorrow does not really eat in my room when all snacks are. I only know how bad my body has deteriorated after all that sugar and fat in terms of blood sugar, kidney (COS office I feel every day on my back in the kidneys), and if healthy eating from Now, all this be reversed? Is it true that if excessive alcohol on the chocolate, one night, my blood sugar in the blood remains in the 2-300 for three months? ahhhh I am determined to end tomorrow, but I want to know what 'ma board. FYI, in the last six months I lost 25 pounds, eating restrictions, and that's probably why binge right now.
